Jacks eating disorder

Jack is a almost 2 year old Lab Pit mix I adopted him when he was about 8 weeks old from our local pound he was fat and full of worms I got him his shots and wormed him. He always acts like hes starving and nothing can stop him or slow him down he'll over eat extremly and Breakfast bowl didnt work either. He hasnt gone a day without eating since I've had him ANYBODY ELSE DEAL WITH THIS?? what can I do? he's O.C.D with food and hes super lean and super active (check my other videos)
