Super Bowl XLVI Gloating Song
I wrote this song at the request of my friend Max, a Giants fan. Though I root for the Steelers, I can certainly get behind any chance to ridicule the Patriots. This is probably the meanest song I have ever written that's not about an ex-lover. Lyrics reproduced below.

The New England Patriots
Have lost another one.
Any dynasty in Boston
Has clearly called it quits.
The adversaries were well met,
Nobody caught it with a helmet,
But Big Blue came through,
And the Pats are still the pits.
Not luck nor skill nor cheating
Nor science could save the Pats,
And once again the Giants
Suckled at Lombardi's tits.
It's happened twice in four years,
Glad it's not the Revolutionary War years,
'Cause if the Pats lost then,
We all would still be Brits.
Yeah, Big Blue came through
And the Pats are still the pits.
Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees
Seemed the best of the QBs.
Who knew you could rely on Eli?
Big Ben might be a rapist,
Tebow's a poser, and Flacco's a joke,
But Patriots fans must be way pissed
'Cause nobody knows how to choke
Like Tom Brady.
I don't mean to be harsh-a,
But you'd be better off with Marcia,
'Cause Big Blue came through
And the Pats are still the pits.
And as for Coach,
Call him Smellichick or Belicheat,
Whichever nickname fits,
'Cause Big Blue came through,
And the Pats are still the pits.
