Weather Channel local forecast - 1989 (better quality reupload)

This is a local forecast on TWC during Hurricane Hugo in September 1989. The clip at the beginning is from a CBS special about Hugo. I decided to re-upload this for better quality. I transferred this from VHS to DVD and then converted the clip to WMV format on my computer I just recorded the original video with my digital camera as I played back the tape on my TV.
