Std Vertical and Running Vertical.
10ft rim (120")
7'5"(89") standing reach
couldn't touch the rim with std vert but very close (30" std vert)
touched up to DIP of my finger (32" running vert)
when warmed up after 1-2 games, I can touch up to bottom part of my palm (6" from the tip =36-37" max vert), but still can't dunk
275lbs x5 today
