ASPCA Raids Puppy Mill, 285 Dogs Rescued

UPDATE: Now it's 291 dogs!! On Wednesday morning, the ASPCA led a team of veterinary, anti-cruelty and law enforcement professionals in the raid of a puppy mill in Sparta, TN.
