Solace of You-Living Colour cover
Certainly my all time favorite metal band, and one of my favorite funk and soul bands-Living Colour recorded this tune (penned by guitarist Vernon Reid and vocalist Corey Glover) in 1989-90 for their Epic 1990 album Time's Up (buy it-it rules). Here it is stripped to virtually nothing-hope I did it some justice; I do not claim ownership of any kind as it is not my original work. Check these dudes out, they all tour and sometimes together!
