Grammy nominated artist/songwriter Maiysha & Grammy winning songwriter/producer Scott Jacoby wrote and recorded "Where Does the Time Go" with the 6th-8th grade kids from the East Fordham Academy for the Arts, Bronx, NY, recorded at Downtown Music Studios 12/02/11. Maisha and Scott Jacoby wrote and recorded a song with the students from East Fordham Academy last year, and returned to the program again this year. Commenting on the program, Maiysha said: "I'm extremely excited to return to East Fordham Academy for the Arts for my second year. I'm a huge proponent of Arts Education, and a former Arts educator. " Jacoby added, "There's something special about going back to the same place. It's more of a commitment to the community and it builds a relationship between ASCAP and this excellent middle school. I'm doing this because it's amazing to see a shy student come out of his or her shell and become a performer or songwriter over the course of 3 days. This experience may have a lasting impact in terms of opening a kid's mind, influencing a career choice, or launching a new passion. It was an incredibly rewarding experience last year and I hope this year will be the same".

And based on the ads the campaign is now running as well as statements from David Axelrod and the President, it seems pretty clear that this elections version of Swift-boating is going to Bain-boating—as in Bain Capital, Mitt Romney's old firm. Or simple put, Romney is just a Rich guy who put people out of work so that he could make money. Which, on the face of it, sounds like a winning stategy, accept that I'm not buying it. People aren't going to be crossing party lines in this election. Independents are going to choose the next President and a LOT of them only care about the fact that Romney knows how to handle money—and they don't really care about how he got rich. So the question then becomes, other than getting some video of Romney windsurfing or obsessively combing his hair, what line of attack should Obama take against him?
