Welcome to the ShopNBC Kitchen! Daniel Green shares his parma ham chicken recipe and demonstrates how to prepare it using the Trinity Tri Wave Oven. Parma Ham Chicken: 4 chicken breasts (no skin) 8 slices parma ham 4 teaspoons sun dried tomato paste Make a cut into each chicken breast at the side and place a teaspoon of sun dried tomatoe paste in the cavity. Next wrap 2 slices of parma ham around each chicken breast. Put on the top rack of the Tri-Wave and cook at 380 for 14-16 minutes.
