'Idol' Finale's A Win-Win For FIinalist Jessica Sanchez
FOX All Access radio show host Chris Leary spoke exclusively to American Idol finalist, Jessica Sanchez, as she prepares for one of the biggest nights of her life, performing along with fellow finalist Phillip Phillips, to see who will become the next American Idol. Sanchez seems humbled, as she told us that getting to the finals is a win-win no matter what happens. Sanchez went on to tell us how she is preparing, and still is surprised that she made it to the finals considering she thought she was going to be eliminated last Thursday night. Check out the video! Security tightened along Syria-Turkey border
The Syrian army is tightening control along its border with Turkey to cut the supply routes for Syrian opposition fighters. To thwart the cross-border traffic, the army has employed land mines and snipers to shut down what Damascus says are smuggling routes. But activists say the enhanced enforcement will negatively impact thousands of refugees who want to flee the violence by crossing into Turkey. Argentina bomb 'targets Colombia ex-leader'
Officials in Argentina say they have found two explosives at a theatre in the capital, Buenos Aires. Authorities said they were timed to explode during an appearance by Alvaro Uribe, the former Colombian president. The bombs were attached to a mobile phone with an alarm set for 4:30pm local time on Wednesday, when Uribe would have joined a post-speech cocktail with business executives and other important guests.
