[Mary Schapiro, Chairman, US Securites and Exchange Commission]: "Finally, your invitation letter requested that I address recent trading losses reported by JP Morgan Chase. Our best information is that the trading activities in question took place in the bank in London and perhaps at other affiliates -- but not in the broker dealer that is directly supervised by the SEC. Although the Commission does not discuss investigations publicly, I can say that in circumstances of this nature, where the activity does not appear to have occurred in one of our regulated entities, the SEC would be primarily interested in, and focused on, the appropriateness and completeness of the entity's financial reporting and other public disclosures." Earlier this month, JP Morgan said it had lost at least $2 billion - a figure that's expected to grow - on trades tied to credit derivatives. Schapiro said her agency's probe will focus on the accuracy of the company's first-quarter financial and earnings statements. Rückblick Du hast mit Justin die 2 Stunden genossen die euch vor einem anstrengenden Tag blieben. Wir hatten die zwei Stunden ausschließlich kuschelnd in unserem Hotelbett verbracht. Aber nach zwei Stunden mussten wir leider unser Zimmer verlassen und uns mit den anderen am Tourbus treffen. Vor dem Hotel hatten sich mittlerweile hunderte von Fans versammelt die so laut kreischten das mir fast das Trommelfell platzte. „Wie spät haben wir es? Denkst du ich habe noch 10 Minuten um zu ihnen raus zu gehen?", fragte ich. „Du hast sogar noch 15 Minuten. Ich gehe dann schon vor und sage den anderen Bescheid das du sofort nach kommst.", antwortete ich. Justin drückte mir schnell einen Kuss auf und verschwand nach draußen zu seinen Beliebern. Ein Moment blieb ich noch dort stehen wo er mich zurück gelassen hatte um ihm dabei zu zusehen wie er glücklich war.
