Cover can be partially destroyed, forcing the players to constantly seek other hiding spots. While in cover, players can be suppressed. A new feature in the series is the "optical camouflage", a form of active camouflage which allows the Ghosts to become harder to see. According to the game designer Rafael Morado, the optical camo technology is still a prototype and there are disadvantages. The camo will only stay active as long as the player maintains a low profile. When the player moves too quickly or fires their weapon, the camo will deactivate. It should also be noted that the optical camo will not function as an invisibility cloak. Enemies will be able to see the Ghosts when they are close enough. Unlike previous Ghost Recon games, the player will not micromanage their squad. Instead, the player can mark targets. During firefights, the player can mark one high priority target, on which squad-members should focus fire. Outside of firefights, up to four targets can be marked for a synchronized shot. The Ghosts will automatically choose a ...

Thus, Kintirr, the photosynthethic Miraluka is born xD Taken directly from the Guild Forums: Come child, sit by the fire. Listen and behold the glorious tale of Kintirr, the photosynthetic miraluka. Long ago, on a crisp Coruscant morning, a small group of Jedi children were attempting to cross the sky-way on their path to the hidden Jedi archives, when a massive sky-bus came careening towards the small group. Fearing for the children's lives, and without any thought for his own safety, he leapt into action! The force flowed through the miraluka as he sprinted towards the group with an impossible speed, stopping in front of the children and shielding them with his own body. Sadly, the bus was not able to stop in time, and it slammed into Kintirr's face with a force not even a Jedi guardian could withstand. The bones in his head were crushed, and he was immediately rushed to a highly secretive experimental medical facility. In this facility, the skilled technicians worked tirelessly, rebuilding his face bone by bone. It was an exhausting, and painful process; it is a miracle Kintirr emerged from the process at all, let alone with his psyche intact. It was during these procedures that the surgeons decided to implant the eyes from a deceased human into Kintirr's skull, endowing the miraluka with a new type of vision he had never experienced before, and allowing him to travel without alerting onlookers to his miralukan heritage. Sadly, he was never able to grow hair again ...
