Eric Kochmer vs. We Make Movies
Eric Michael Kochmer is mad as hell and he's not going to take it anymore. He is tired of We Make Movies' (www.wemakemovies.org) abusive labor practices and is taking a stand for actors everywhere by setting his SAG New Media contract on fire while on the set of the WMM original short Hipster Backlash. He then immediately began an Occupy movement on set by screaming "Africa" over and over again while a couple people in Nixon and Cheney masks banged congo drums. It was weird. When asked to comment on the incident, We Make Movies issued the following press release, "No animals were harmed on the set of Hipster Backlash... except for the dog we painted." We have all hardwood floors and some large flat wool area rugs in our home, plus a small dog that sheds way too much. This vaccuum seems quiter than my Kenmore Canister vaccuum but more importantly this Dyson really sucks dirt! I vaccuum reguarly and I couldn't believe how much dust and dog hair it got off my wool rug when testing it out and I had just vaccuumed it the day before with my Kenmore. Holy cow this is the best vaccuum ever! While expensive, I truly hope this is an invesmtnet that will last years. I read a review where someone said it was hard to push and they exchanged it for a "Shark"... that's nuts... I have NO clue what they are were doing wrong but this is the easiest most gentle moving vaccuum. I had such ease of using it and putting it together. I should mention it's pretty heavy if you have to carry it up stairs, I wouldn't recommend it for elderly or anyone with a bad back.
Neely - Poodle Rescue New England
Neely is a super cute black 1 year old pom-a-poo (pomeranian/poodle mix) who is a little underweight at 8.5 lbs, but his foster family is feeding him twice a day to help him pack on a few pounds. He sure loves getting his after dinner treat! Neely is a lovable, cuddly & playful little guy who hasn't yet figured out what he loves more...playing or getting a belly rub. Neely is being fostered in MA and his adoption fee is $400. With an appearance from Neely's friend Zachary. Zachary is happy in his forever home and wants his new friend Neely to find his too.
