Introducing SoaR Psych!

Sick so I get to introduce Psych! So here we go, this episode is about as fly as a flock of gees. The color correction is really unique and makes the episode look as cool as a polar bear does when you see it swimming in the pools at the zoo. Same with the shots. He has the constancy of a mountain lion taking out a goat. (If you didn't know thats pretty fucking consistent) So without further to do, please welcome SoaR Psych! Sense of Self

Performance poem about human consciousness. Copyright 2012. "Consciousness: sense of self leading us to question who we are. But as we think, we're never far from confusion, Working under the illusion of constancy, always asking "What makes me?", and always finding blanks in the answer key. Label yourself by name: Alice, Joey, Kate, or Shane. Describe yourself by sight: color, weight, build, height. Explain yourself by how you feel. But your ID is only as real as your sense of self, And can only be shown if the picture matches your face. Every day you race to find the clear-cut image of who you are, Making you the star of a moving picture show only you can watch; Trying not to botch the expectations of the crowd, Speaking out, not too loud: testing, testing Whether your words match your mind. As you do, you'll sometimes find Through your words you'll know yourself. Never shelf that identity: though it spawns adversity, What else can you call your own? No matter how many studies are shown, only you are the expert. And though others attempt to exert their "What do you know"s, their "You're just a kid"s, Always remember who you are. As you do, you'll never be far from infusion, And it won't be from any illusion, because constancy is in your heart, and nothing you find should ever part you from what you should never forgo: Consciousness, the human ego."

David Attenborough: Amber Time Machine (BBC)

Please Subscribe To The Evolution Documentary YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com Broadcast (1996) David Attenborough turns his life long fascination with amber into a time travelling detective story that spans 150 million years. Examining and identifying the contents of this unique material , he opens a window into prehistoric tropical rainforests and unravels detailed stories about the plants and animals that lived there. The episode shows Attenborough searching for the identities of preserved creatures inside a piece of Baltic Amber that was given to him by his adoptive sister when he was twelve years old. The Amber Time Machine is part of the Attenborough in Paradise and Other Personal Voyages a collection of seven documentaries. It shows how a group of scientists can reconstruct an entire twenty million year old ecosystem through pieces of Dominican amber. Examples include a tadpole preserved in Amber after falling from a Bromeliad. Attenborough then discusses the scientific feasibility of DNA being preserved in Amber, and the science behind the 1993 hit techno thriller Jurassic Park, in which Richard Attenborough starred as John Hammond. Several attempts were tried, with DNA eventually being recovered from a weevil that was several million years older than Tyrannosaurus rex. Attenborough reasons that a few old, rare pieces of Amber may contain DNA. Amber is fossilized tree resin (not sap), which has been appreciated for its color and natural beauty since Neolithic ...

Color vision challenges in electronic imaging

John McCann on color vision challenges in electronic imaging. Teaching cameras how to "see" as humans do is both an art and a science, and Edwin Land spent his career pursuing that goal. spie.org John McCann received a BA degree in Biology from Harvard University in 1964. Under the direction of Edwin Land, he worked in, and later directed, the Vision Research Laboratory at Polaroid from 1961 to 1996. He has studied human color vision, digital image processing, large format instant photography and the reproduction of fine art. His more than 120 publications have studied Retinex theory, color from rod/Lcone interactions at low light levels, appearance with scattered light, and High-Dynamic-Range imaging. He was interviewed for SPIE Newsroom in May 2011. McCann developed systems that capture natural scenes, calculate appearances, and write the computed image on media. These systems convert 1000:1 ranges found in scenes to 30:1 ranges usable in prints. The ratio-product-reset Retinex model simulates what a painter would do to reproduce a scene. His Polaroid work began with photography, progressed to paper collages with controlled illumination; then to computer-controlled images and electronic imaging. He set up Polaroid's first digital imaging laboratory in 1975. He developed and patented efficient algorithms for making spatial comparisons among all pixels in an image, an early form of pyramid processing. At Polaroid he published more than 60 papers and nine patents on color ...

2 __ concepts de non prières ______ concepts of no prayers _____ 5O25o

First concepts of not prayers. I-Concepts of the no prayers. 1-Concept of the no prayer 1. Think of a point in the middle of the forehead which is colored in different colors which you choose at random. The motive is to think of these colors without seeing them really. Then at the end of a certain number of color, end by choosing the invisible color; you realize that you cannot think of a color, because the invisible color does not exist; so you will can you will say that you are in link at this moment with the not common sense, where everything is possible because the laws do not exist. 2-Concept of the not prayer 2. How? To think of a road of a jet of color lives suite in an inspiration, and to store it temporarily in the road A. Then think in this of road A, expire this jet towards road B. Towards the end of the road , your jet deprives a small outgrowth of micro component to transport towards the road C. And there, flexible doors closing this road forward and behind imprison it. By a second inspiration, think of another lively jet with the same destination, up to the door of road C, which opens and which entails far from the road C with him, the micro component which was stored there temporarily; and it, when the door 2 opens. So, the micro component is entailed by the same conduit, which is directed to the summit of the head towards an opening directly opened without door. The interconnection of the same conduit with him even in the head not created no crossroads ...
