Ein junges Brautpaar wird auseinandergebracht, als eine Dämonin zurückkehrt. Vor 20 Jahren hat sie einen Pakt mit der Mutter des Bräutigams abgeschlossen. Diese bekommt Macht und Reichtum, aber dafür bekommt die Dämonin später ein Kind von deren Sohn. Der Bräutigam Elliot steht seitdem unter einem Bann und wird in seinem Zimmer versteckt. Die richtige Braut wurde aus dem Haus geworfen. Einem Priester aus dem Orden, der die Dämonin Hecate vernichten will, gelingt es nach mehreren Versuchen auf das Grundstück der Familie Spencer zu kommen. Er stellt sich der menschlichen Gestalt von Hecate, Jade D´Mon, und will sie zurück zur Unterwelt schicken, doch ihre Gehilfin überrascht ihn und bringt ihn um. Kurz darauf erscheinen Andy und Darryl zusammen mit der Polizei, um den Todesfall zu untersuchen. Prue bekommt daraufhin Besuch von Andy, der ihr den Dolch des Priesters zum Untersuchen gibt. Sie findet heraus, dass er zur Vernichtung von Hecate dient und fährt nach Hause, um ihre Schwestern aufzuklären. Zusammen stellen sie einen Plan auf, um Hecate zu vernichten. Währenddessen glaubt Phoebe, dass Piper ein dämonisches Kind von Jeremy erwartet, da sie ihre Vision missverstanden hat, als sie die Verpackung eines Schwangerschaftstests in den Händen hielt.
