Hey guys. Thanks for all the feedback regarding my little guides and so on. I had so many requests in the last couple of weeks like "will you do another video?" or "anything coming up until mop launch?" and mostly I said "nah, don't think so" and stuff. Well, I got really bored the other day and made this video featuring Shado'pan Monastery and the Mogu'shan Vaults. Some important notes: 1. While frapsing, I had like 3-5 frames per second, making the gaming experience for myself really annoying (this is fixed as of now due to my new computer setup I bought recently!) 2. This whole protection warrior stuff is absolutely not final and every time you QQ about it, Valves delays HL3 (stolen from MMO-Champ LOL!). 3. I made a couple of mistakes, yes, and didn't play as good as I might do on live. 4. Testing Enraged Reg over Impending Victory at the moment and I guess I'll be staying with it. 5. Having no addons sucks. Big time. Really annoying. Can't even play properly without them. At Body Power weekend 2012 UK I was watched by my good friend top Hollywood celebrity nutritionist/trainer Rehan Jalali (RJ) if I really did my cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach. We met up Saturday 5:45am early morning to do our cardio at our hotel gym while every one else were sleeping nice and tight.Lol This is the first time ever I have seen a gym in a hotel with just 1 preacher curls for the biceps and rest of the equipment was just cardio machines.Lol No weights at all, anyway we got our calories burned off by the cardio : ) Before my cardio, I had 1 cup of black coffee to wake me up and had my Bcaa's and Glutamine tabs and my water. Its got to be done if you want to stay lean, so no excuses : )
