Review of PG Auto Service (Paco Rodriguez & Gi Cuevas) in Land O' Lakes, FL
I praise God for Paco and his help today. Driving back from the DMV after renewing tags on my old BMW, I noticed our Dodge Grand Caravan acting up at start-up. I pulled in next door to the DMV into the PG Auto Service lot by pure accident (no pun intended!) to make sure I had "jumper cables" with me only in case the van died when I turned it off at my next errand. All I was looking for when I met Paco was a used battery to make it home, and recharge once at home to replace my seemingly defective battery. He had a battery for $20, but he felt the need to take his job a step further... A man I never met or has any association with looked at my battery connections and diagnosed the problem in seconds. "I think your battery is good my friend! Let me clean this up and save you some money." he says with an endearing grin. I watched as Paco did his thing. 10 minutes later, my battery, terminals and cables looked brand new! I cranked the starter, and our beloved minivan started right up! When I tried to pay the guy, he offered prayer for my family and I instead of accepting payment. You see, while Paco was working on our van, I shared how we had been under attack by the enemy lately... He felt my pain and thought more important to witness to me rather than get paid. I quoted scripture to the overly generous man, that the laborer is worthy of his wages. After a battle over the $20 I held in my hand, he gave in and took the money. I tell ya, he's one tough cookie that Paco!!! Today ...

Lakewood Wa. 4:00AM Lakewood officers atempted to pull over a vehicle for suspected DUi near South 100th and South Tacoma way. The driver lead police on a high speed chase out South Tacoma Way and east on South 84th Street at speeds reaching over 80 MPH. The suspect DUI driver drove into an apartment complex at East 84th Street and Mckinnly Avenue and crashed through a carport collapsing the structure and partially into an apartment. The suspect fled on foot and was caught shortly after by a pierce county K9 and taken into custody. He was booked into the Pierce county jail on charges of Felony eluding and DUI. Several people are still trapped inside the mangled bogies of the train. Rescue operations are underway to rescue the trapped passengers. Gas cutters are being used to cut the mangled coaches. Anil Saxena, railway PRO, said that three coaches of Hampi Express have been damaged. While two of them are second class general bogies , the third is the luggage-cum-guard coach. The PRO claimed that all the passengers from the first coach have been rescued. The injured passengers have been rushed to nearby hospitals. Senior railway officials have reached the spot and are supervising the rescue operations.
