Dorothy (played by Fairuza Balk) can not stop thinking about the world of Oz and his friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and Cowardly Lion. It is taken by his aunt worried about a doctor who wants to cure her of her dreams and disappointments with something like a shock therapy, but Dorothy escapes during a storm. Accompanied Billina chicken, she returns to the Land of Oz, trim find it in the post-apocalyptic: the yellow brick road is destroyed, the Emerald City in ruins, all its inhabitants, including the Tin Man and Cowardly Lion Scarecrow and turned to stone, kidnapped by the King Name. She is soon trapped by Princess Mombi (a composite of two characters in the books, and the witch Mombi Princess Langwidere). This character can change your mind, having at its disposal 30 different heads, and the 31 to its original. After finding Tik-Tok Pumpkin Head and John, Dorothy discovers that his friends were turned into stone by the evil King name, which plans to control the entire Land of Oz. They build the Gump to escape Mombi's castle, and fly to the country of King name and find the Scarecrow, who was king of the Emerald City. They face the King name, which is destroyed when one inadvertently swallows the eggs Billina (in Oz, eggs are poisonous to the names), leaving behind the ruby shoes that Dorothy had lost when her first visit to the Land of Oz. Using shoes, Dorothy wishes she and her friends return to a rebuilt Emerald City, where they discover the Princess Ozma ...

THE REAL TRUTH BEHIND HAARP Futzing With the Weather WAKE UP AMERICA! What Is HAARP? The High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a program focused on the study of upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial physics and Radio Science. The HAARP program operates a major Arctic ionosphere research facility on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska. Principal instruments installed at the HAARP Research Station include a high power, high-frequency (HF) phased array radio transmitter (known as the Ionosphere Research Instrument (IRI), used to stimulate small, well-defined volumes of ionosphere, and a large and diversified suite of modern geophysical research instruments including an HF ionosonde, ELF and VLF receivers, magnetometers, riometers, a UHF diagnostic radar and optical and infrared spectrometers and cameras which are used to observe the complex natural variations of Alaska's ionosphere as well as to detect artificial effects produced by the IRI. Future plans include completion of the UHF radar to allow measurement of electron densities, electron and ion temperatures, and Doppler velocities in the stimulated region and in the natural ionosphere using incoherent scatter techniques.
