2nd Annual Tikes On Bikes
It's all about kids coming together to help kids! Children ages 10 and under register to raise money from family and friends for their bike ride through Johnston Memorial Park. The day of the ride they cruise through the park stopping at the many different checkpoints to get their face painted, win some prizes, get balloon animals, etc. Once they finish their run they can enjoy the bouncy house, snacks, games, etc. It's fun for the whole family while teaching them at an early age the benefits of giving to those in need! In the last six years, me and my Band OFRIN have released two albums, 3 singles and been performing all over europe . I've recently started working on my first ever solo album, based on music and lyrics I've written, and on a show called 'The Bringer'. The debut performance featured some powerful vocals, cool Nordic beats, a Bulgarian girls' choir and giant human masks, which I designed and put together with my mom's help, (we both fondly remember the sweet smell of super glue). After the concert, our fans from all around the world (Germany, USA, Israel, Slovakia, Taiwan and France to name a few) have been very generous with their feedback, saying all sorts of nice things and pressuring us (positively) to get into the studio and record the songs of the show . So I said thank you -- and decided to produce an album. Now OFRIN has some beautiful songs which can't wait to get out of my computer and into the world. How do We Make This Happen? ------------------------------------------------ Producing an album is a very costly thing: from renting a studio through rewarding amazing musicians for their hard work, then mixing and mastering and all the way to the food we munch during lunch breaks.
