Born Innocent was a television movie which was first aired under the NBC World Premiere Movie umbrella on September 10, 1974. Highly publicized and controversial, Born Innocent was the highest-rated television movie to air in the United States in 1974. The movie dealt with the physical, psychological and sexual abuse of a teenage girl, and included graphic content never before seen on American television at that time. Linda Blair, Richard Jaeckel, (TV-MA), (1974), ***, The movie starred Linda Blair (fresh off her success with The Exorcist) as a teenage runaway, who was eventually sentenced to do time in a juvenile detention center, which doubled as a reform school for the girls. Blair's character, Christine Parker, came from an abusive home. Her father (played by Richard Jaeckel) beat her, which caused Chris to run away many times. Her mother (Kim Hunter) was unfeeling, sitting in her recliner, watching television and smoking cigarettes all day. While the movie has a morality play tone, showing the harsh effects of the detention center on a young girl, it also blames society for Christine's downfall, as her social worker does not find out that her parents caused her to run away, and then had her sent off to reform school when she told others. The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) has urged Bahrain to stop using excessive force against anti-regime protesters. Discussing the worsening human rights situation in Bahrain during its Universal Periodic Review in Geneva, the 47-member council called on Manama on Monday to improve its human rights record and put an end to suppression of the opposition. It also called for the retrial of opposition activists convicted in military courts, an investigation into torture reports and human rights violations, and punishment of the perpetrators. Press TV has conducted an interview with Ibrahim Moussawi, a political commentator from Beirut, to further discuss the issue.

More than 100 community members gathered for the discussion moderated by WRCB's David Carroll and Cindy Sexton. Rodger Dinwiddie, president of the International Bullying Prevention Association, led the discussion as a member of the expert panel. Also included on the panel are David and Tina Long from Chatsworth, Georgia. The Longs are featured in the new film, "Bully", after their son Tyler committed suicide following years of bullying. The remaining members of the expert panel include Karen Glenn, Executive Director Hamilton County STARS (Students Taking A Right Stand); Lt.
