This is a short photo based movie showing the streets where I grew up in Manchester (circa 1960s). The people in the images are mostly unknown but act as place holders for anyone who lived in the area between 1950 and 1977 (when most of the houses were demolished). The only people I know that feature are myself, my two older brothers, my Mother (background), and a friend from the street, Ged Hannah. These are photos where we are stood (more of less) outside our own house in Croston Street, Beswick.
the campsite is just by the railway station in talybont just over the bridge 1st on the left, i forget the name though! anyway it's clean and tidy and there are plenty of shops and clubs on the complex within 5 minutes walk and also the beach is close.
